a counter with the "don't count me" feature

I would like a visible counter with stats (resolution, referrer, etc..u know the standard) that has the "don't count me" feature. Basically I'm looking for something along the lines of thecounter.com (since they're changing into a pay service, I have to find a new one).

I meant that feature using cookies, not the ip address. I may be getting a different isp that changes the ip address frequently...so I need one with cookies. I tried that phlogger thing, but the counter doesn't seem to be visible..

I think sitemeter has what you are looking for. Nedstat also has it but I think it is based on IP. Check them out for yourself.
