higher level of technical support to your clients

ROTFLMAO
Don't get me started about how clueless they are, I hope you guys did a better job of training them...

And you can't say something is true when experience says otherwise.

Hostingsupport,

No offense but a lot of companies have resources with in their own company to handle all customer related issues no matter how big nor small they may become. Secondly a lot of people including myself like to be able to go to the company that might do something as your offering to see what exactly all the hype is about so to speak. Especially before they start paying you thousands every month. I mean I dont worry about it cause I handle it all myself with my employees. I am just telling you how some people are invcluding me. Have a great day.

Romeo :-)

I'm guessing your company provides the actual 800 number that clients call? And also handles all fees for the phone service?

24x7 for $899/month - very cheap.
I have no doubts you would provide a great service.

Personally I prefer to work directly with my clients.

Very possibly that is an approach - which is not allowed - as I do work for one of the companies that provides that support. Just a small one cough. And all clients do not like it.

These URL's will be passed on as being unproffessional to the major corps involved as this may be utilising corp facilities outwith contract.

Outsourcing isn't something new and has been going on on a small scale for decades now. The fact that this concept has taken off and is thriving in today's global market shows its effectiveness and potential in the comming future. Ultimately the choice is totally yours. Either you open your minds to it and use it to your advantage, like hundreds of highly successful companies have done, or turn a blind eye and remain a small local player.

Over the years we too have had many clients who were very skeptical about this concept to begin with, but are today our long standing partners and have stayed on with us month after month.

As for your queries, yes Conscript we do provide actual 800 number that clients call.

RyanB, please give us a chance to prove ourselves. i am sure you will have positive feedbacks to give once you have used our support.

ryza, probably the ip that you were using to access our site was in the group of blocked ip ranges that we had set up, hence the error. We have since removed those blocks and now i am sure you can access our site with no problems... And yes this "error" was fixed by us immediately.

This one has got out of hand.

Reg details for the 'support company' are a bit varied. No reliable subject reports. Which no doubt all those companies will be interested in.

Checked with contacts and they have no connection with the companies they say.

You guys might want to check a link. In the Services Page, the faq link is faq.htm not FAQ.htm so it appears wrong!

I have had such tech support as the kind you are speaking of, and I'm sorry to say, I much prefer american-based tech support. I don't care if its indians or Chinese people living living in America but I much rather have it be in America. Half the time I can't understand what the foreign tech support is saying and the other half the time, they don't really know what I'm talking about.

Although I will have to say, the prices are pretty cheap.
