I dont like:
1. Testimonials
2. The use of google ads on your front page.
3. How is ----- Mail? (the vote)

but works fine in 1024x768

it looks OK to me. The ads are indeed awful ;) Try to make them have the white background ... you'll have more clicks too (I assume :))
