Everyone

I want to hear any comments from you if you have been using Bidvertiser. I want to hear from people who have/havn't received payments from them and I want to know if they are prompt or slack about their payments, please :)

They pay the best so I want to use them naturally but I have been hearing bad things about them and I want to sort everything out :)

Thanks
Chris

It's been 1 - 2 months I've reached the payout rate and I haven't been paid.

Google Adsense is the best, hands down except they require tax information.

Yeah, I don't know. I'm deciding to not to use BidVertiser anymore, I'm just currently testing it out again. Because, I reached 27.68$ in ad. money, but then when I logged into my account the next day all the cash was gone, and I wasn't allowed to payout, and the payout wasn't made. So, it kind of messed me up.

bidvertiser paid me a few times before paid me approx($25)
but this was a few months ago

.Joe.
June 5th, 2006, 22:10
Oh, in my other post I forgot to mention. The reason why I'm still deciding whether to use it or not is because they've paid me before, before my recent payments were lost. I recieved around 35$ from them. But, my other like 25$+ was lost.

Bidvertiser pays out, it's just ----. It takes you like 18 clicks to get what Google would get you in 1 click, and furthermore it takes longer as they aren't targeted.

Bidvertiser are a rip. I reached $10 in a payment month and they took it away from me saying i click ads too much. Thats just an excuse.

phoenix_
June 7th, 2006, 05:38
For me i would say abit of both
Why? Because they're slow on seeing the owner's click their own ads
and if you don't you might be suspended for no reason
And around payout time they would normally make an excuse and not pay

Overall i would say they're bad
4/10

Man, at least you guys got paid. I read the TOS, I make sure I do nothing wrong, never clicked my own ads - I just get alot of traffic. I guess they don't like guys that earn TOO much money, and think of a reason to terminate their accounts and keep our earnings. I earned so much money withen a short span of time and then they terminated my account and sent me this:

http://i64.photobucket.com/albums/h190/breakingnewspics/bidvertisersucks.jpg

So if you have alot of traffic, don't go for BidVertiser. I assume they'll still pay you if you make small amounts, I don't know. Regardless if you have high traffic or not, there is still so many complaints about BidVertiser, and I wish I would have done more research before I signed up and wasted my time. Someone even hates this company with such a passion that they had to make a site dedicated to hating it. Now thats funny.

Bidvertiser have been good with me, Never had a late payment.
I have been using them for about a year now.

My account has been reviewed a couple of times but everything in the clear.

Not like adsense, made my first $100 and they cancelled my account,

Adsense is the main fraudster in my eyes, I would`nt mind knowing where the money goes when they cancel your account, I bet the paying advertiser does`nt get it back or credited back to their account.

In my experience Google is quite fair with their rules. They do not look for excuses to ban you. But if you click on of your own ads, they will ban you quickly.
Edit: I consider bidvertiser to be a scam. They seem to be fond of banning accounts just before payout.

Google is not a scam...if it were a scam, google stocks would not be worth $471 USD per share.

Read the rules and stick to them like glue. If you can't deal with it then don't use it. But don't make dumb comments like "google is a scam/fraud!" or "adsense took my money cuz they didn't want to pay me! :("

Contact them and tell them your a free web hosting provider and to look upon multiple clicks as spam when they review your account, if your honest with them they will return the favour.

No doubt... their policy is fairly well known these days. If you piss someone off, they can place many multiple clicks on your site and put your fate in googles' hands.

They should have proof that you put someone up to the multiple clicks or else just not count the multiple clicks and call it a day instead of giving publishers the boot so easily. All it takes is for one a-hole who dislikes you or your website to ruin it for you.

Google adsense is the best followed by bidvertiser. I say followed by bidvertiser because they are the only 2 that you wanted to know about. If there were more like YPN aswell then it would have been Google, YPN and then followed by bidvertiser. lol

I'd consider bidvertiser a fraud.

Here's why:

I signed up for their service and added their banner exchange code to my site. Everything was great. It was generating leads and all. About a week later I could no longer access my account. Kept telling me my username/password was invalid. I exchanged e-mails with their support team for another week, and still couldn't access my account. They kept telling me that they had no problem accessing my account so it must be my computer. I tried on a multiple computers at home, work and school. Still was unable to access my account.

In the end I asked them to just terminate the account, which they did and I lost any sales earned up to that point.

Yea! I tried both Publisher and Advertiser. To add to my already growing anger about the service, their canned responses to me kept telling me to make sure I was logging under the appropriate category.

I even asked them to reset the password, they refused.

In my opinion, Bidvertiser is not fraud. However, they have a weird and strict way of counting clicks and traffic. I have never been successful with them. Many pro bloggers recommends them but I am not quite one of them. My comparison between the Adsense and Bidvertiser brought me to the conclusion that Bidvertiser is practicing a very strict policy of click and traffic recognition. Their support replies always look a bit canned to me and don't quite get anything solved for me. If you are with Adsense, stick with Google. Bidvertiser is not the best choice for most.

I've used adsense, bidvertiser and adbrite. While adsense and adbrite are still going strong, bidvertiser copped out a year ago.

No response to my emails, nothing. Now you tell me if adsense (they're bloody strict!!) doesnt bleat about my advertising methods, why should bidvertiser? (not a question)

Not sure if they're fraud or not, but I was terminated for no good reason.

I say if it looks canned, CAN IT!

i had earned a very small amount only ( 13 dollars) from bidvertiser in one whole year. Inspite of that, Bidvertiser didnt pay me. When the payment became due, my account was terminated with the following message:

" Dear ,
We are sorry to inform you that our editorial team has found that your site is not qualified to be part of our network.

Reason for termination:

Please understand that we can not accept every site as we are obligated for a certain level of quality in order to provide the best service and traffic to our advertisers.

We would kindly ask you to remove any BidVertiser HTML code from your website ASAP. "

In that case, why the hell did they accept my registration in the first place? Please forward this message to everybody bcoz its true. Dont be cheated by bidveriser. They will take your website for a ride and use you and pay nothing.

Anyway, on topic, it all boils down to whether you violate any of their Terms of Service. I once thought that "ah.. TOS, just another whole load of bull----". But, if you actually follow them, and keep within your needs, you will get your payouts. If you don't, well, sue them.

I too have joined the ranks of the recently booted for no reason - and - of course no payment issued to me either.

I think these guys have figured it out. Publisher fraud!
String new publishers along for short periods of time so the money won't be worth the time to cause a big enough stink, falsely accuse the publisher of wrongdoing, keep the money the advertisers have paid for the publishers to run on their sites, repeat hundreds or thousands of times and what a wad of dough they reep from the sucker publishers. Pay a few suckers to keep the benefit of doubt alive...Oh, and live out of the country so the long arm of the law can't touch them...

The FBI does investigate Internet Fraud.

Maybe it's time to start filing complaints.
