Hello,

Please review the website that I created for a client of mine. A few of the pages do not have content yet, but the design is complete.

Simple, in my mind, always works as it wont disrupt or cause any problems. Although, it looks a little depressing. Sorta like a cloudy, gray day that makes you want to kill yourself.

Thanks for the comments. It was created for an electronics manufacturer. If you have any suggestions I would love to hear them. Thanks!

Looks alright. Not exactly "eye candy."

The text on the front page(in middle) could use a bit more cell padding.
It collides with the wall/scroll

Yeah. Currently i think its well... kind of 'blank'? There isnt much to bulk it up for fill it out at the moment.

If I was paying for that Im afraid i would be asking for my money back. Nothing lines up, there is no "flash" it doesnt say "Im a professional company come buy from me". The banner is ok though. I think you can find better templates for free then what you have created. What is the extent of yout html skills? I hope i do not come across as "mean", but it's my honest opinion.

Well the client specifically asked me to make it simple. He said that it was to be simple and plain but yet at the same time it should be efficient and easy to navigate.

He wanted a good header that reflected the corporation and what they do. The rest of the website should be simple but be easy enough for the visitors to get online and find out what they needed to know.

No offense, but the design looks dated, both the IPB Lo-Fi and vBulletin Archives are simple and clean, but they do not look dated because they have a nice color scheme and layout.

Sure, there is no flash, but flash just slows down a site. Like I said before, its simple and works. Don't down a website for not loading it up with flashy effects if it doesn't need it. It does look proffesional, because real business sites don't have everything loaded with flashy crap, because it slows it down and disrupts the flow of content and communication. People want to go to a site and see exactly what they are looking for. They'll never do that if you put so many things that slow it's loading time and prevent them from seeing your content all the way to the point until they say "Screw it, I'm gonna buy from so-and-so instead of this slow site". That especially goes to flash intros that you see before entering a site. People ONLY put on those because they think it looks cool, but in reality, it stops someone from viewing your site.

That is very very true. Usually if there is any kind of an intro or splash page I just close it because it is not worth my time to sit and watch it.

The website is not aimed at getting people to buy things. It is not an ecommerce site in any way. The target audience is people who are already customers and they were directed to the site for documentation.

The majority of the people who view this site are sales representative from large companies like Nokia or Motorola. They are not interested in visuals.

Deeplist,

As long as that is what your customer wants than that is all that matters. Looks alright to me.
