Hi,
I want to know for some ad revenue system for spanish sites with less than 300 visits a month. No matter for pop-up, CPM or any other.
Thanks

CPM wont work, as it will take you 4 months to generate ANY money.
CPC might work, but 300 impressions is a maximum of 300 clicks, and that is not to much.
CPS is your last hope. Get some big offers, and maybe one or two of your visitors may buy something and make you some cash....
My two and a half cents,

Searchtraffic made me a good 25 bucks/month on my 150 visits a day site, but since they changed to second click and their results are now terrible, don't bet too heavily on them.

Yes, you will make less, but with proper targeting methods you should easily make up for the new rules.

Here are some ways with which you can generate revenue
1. Search box programs. Put a search box strategically positioned on your site.
2. Blind clicks - You may try standard internet - although i'am not too familiar with their programs. Ask supermoo or Czar.
3. Some good pay per lead programs at CJ which might lure your customers to sign-up for free stuff at some sites. like contests, lottery, gambling, jokes etc.
4. start a newsletter and put in text links in the newsletter . You will earn a good amount from there.
Hope that helped.

It seems like everyone is giving solutions for english sites not spanish language sites. Standard internet does not accept spanish language sites and most Cj merchants won't either.

Be wary of Standard Internet. Many have been screwed by them before.

NO, i disagree with you two. SIC (Standard Internet Corporation) is one of the largest affiliate based companies in the industries, they have one of the best ratings and service. Please check www.sictalk.com their messageboard, you will see many happy affiliates. The only people who DO NOT get paid are ones who do not follow the TOS and cheaters ofcourse :)
venomx
June 30th, 2001, 12:56
Sure :)
Thats why I was never paid. I went out of my way to cheat SI and none of the other places that I use. Just SI because I thought I could cheat them. Come on get real. SI dose nothing but cheat people because they get off on it.

Why should i believe you and not si? i believe the 5000+ members registered on sictalk who say they don't get cheated? 1 vs 5000, good luck :)

I don't know about venomx's case but I feel for other people. Why does Robert have all those countries listed on his sign-up form when his TOS specifically says that those countries are on the banned list. Unsuspecting webmasters sign-up for the programs and when they have reached the minimum payout and they ask for their money they are rejected because Robert says they violated the TOS. I will tell you why he does this because he gets all his profit from these unsuspecting webmasters.
Now don't say that this is alright, look at targetwords. When a webmaster from a bannned country/country not supported signs their form automatically says that you are not allowed and they doesn't wait until the customer asks for the money which is due to him to reject him. Even affiliate target follows this policy.
Why can't Robert just remove the countries on the banned list from the sign up form? Stay away from SI and read the TOS carefully before singing up.

Last time i checked, you always AGREE to something before signing it right? well THEN READ THE TOS first, because thats what the TOS is there for. Its NOT si's fault but your fault, if your not going to read the tos, then SI can obviously know you won't pay attention to the rest of the rules if you signup from an banned countries. Those countries are banned BECAUSE they have the highest fruad rates.

So now we are banning people because someone from the same country has cheated before? Come on you need a better excuse than this.
Valuablehost

NOT someone BUT an LARGE PERCENTAGE of affiliates from that country :) If you are an current member of SIC and in good standing you will be grandfathered into the programs.

You will NEVER change my mind about SI. They owe me $50 thats $25 from 2 different programs of their. If I was cheating why did it take me MONTHS to get to the min payout?
Also if they wasnt up to no good why has Robert stopped posting to all but the web boards where he has control to ban people that speak up about getting ripped off?

Ok so you a person does agree to the TOS. But why does Robert have all those countries on his sign-up form? What purpose does it serve? Is he teaching geography or what? I have no grudge against SI. I have been careful enough to read the TOS and then email SI asking them wether my site is eligible or not.
The bottom line is Robert earns all his dollars from the people who haven't read the TOS.
Remove those countries from the sign-up form and SI either goes into a loss making machine or makes very liitle profit and struggles to keep itself alive.
Edit: Edited due to typos

Yes I have read that thread before.
I'am not saying that SI should accept sign-ups from these banned countries. Just remove references to them from the sign-up form. What's stopping him from doing that? The answer again is low profitablitiy - coz he wont' be getting "free" money from webmaster from these countries who unwittingly sign up for SI program.
Valuablehost

Well have you brought this up WITH SI? i'm sure he would have an valid answer. Well bad luck to these webmasters, they have to read the TOS first.

Of course SI isnt going to remove them from the signup form because they would be broke in a month.

Valuablehost, the reason you see 5000 happy affiliates at their forums is because they ban or erase the THOUSANDS of other negative comments about them. Did you ever think of that? Don't always believe what you read especially when it is extremely biased.
This company is full of excuses and has ripped off too many webmasters.
I think Robert and Ron are nothing but money obsessed ugly (have you seen their pictures ;) ) sick cheats.
Im so happy that less and less people are using their programs. I will be the first one laughing when they go under. :D Ok maybe not, maybe the thousands of other people they have screwed will be laughing before me.

Upfront disclaimer: I'm as sick of these pro-SI vs anti-SI threads as most of you, so please don't take this post as an attack on any of you. Also, I have no relationship with SI, other than being one of their satisifed affiliates. I just want to clear up a few points.
1. Robert and Ron have stopped posting to forums such as this one because they're sick of repeating themselves, and being attacked. It's not because they can't censor the posts.
2. I agree with you entirely lastactionhero, but you obviously haven't seen any SI signup forms for a while. All of them now have US-only signup forms, with a further link pointing to a foreign signup form that features an empty country field. Thus, they no longer reference banned countries on the signup form.
3. SI have the right to uphold their TOS, and if a member breaches those terms, he/she deserves to be ejected. The same would happen if you were members of other ad networks/affiliate programs. The reason that SI receives more criticism than most is simply because they have more affiliates and (due to their CPC payment scheme) they have been a favorite target of cheats for many years, which brings me to...

weapon, so they should. People who visit cheat forums may think that what they're doing is all fun and games, but they are actually committing fraud, plain and simple. This is an illegal act of theft that not only hurts SI and its employees, but all of their affiliates, who are subject to increased scrutiny and reduced pay rates as a result.

Sure you are not an employee of SI? Sure sounds like it. They stopped posting here because they ripped too many people off. You know it and I know it.

Good. I have no complaints now. :) But still there is room for improvement, like using a drop down list for the country field with only the names of countries that are pre-approved.
