SayBox has provided nothing but excellent service since it opened about a year and a half ago. I personally know both of the owners and they are good friends of mine. SayBox offers more features than any other shoutbox out there, and they do so in a clean, not-bloated way. They also get over a million hits per day across their server, just to show you how active they are. Their support is also awesome, they are very dedicated to what they do.
Just recently they released Version 3, a very powerful upgrade to Version 2 which was also very incredible. They offer very unique features, and a very powerful appearance customization page. You can do almost anythign to the look of your SayBox, and make it look just like the page it is displayed on!
