free reseller

im in need of a free reseller...in exchange i will give 25% of my commissions(can be negotiated) and will put a link to your site on my mine. It will not be used to set up my own hosting company but for people to buy hosting from the site i will be launching this week. My last site had over 1000 members. Anyway i need about 15-20 gb space and 150-200 gb transfer. I needs cpanel and unlimited everything.
