Simple page...good or not?

My website has music artists on it and it's not meant to be totally fancy like some of these pages - because I want it to be farely simple and well, I'm just not THAT good of web designer, lol. Anyways any advice I would love!! Thanks in advance!

the subject is good but the page just needs a lot of work to do.
i would make it much bigger so that people stick around longer.
the text can be some bigger and the background not so dark.

if you want free webhosting with a better url then you should go to www.beplaced.com and subscribe there
no banners or ads and you have a ftp to upload your html files.

...No, don't make it bigger, this way it can work on 800*600 resolutions and up. If you make it bigger people with lower resolutions will have to scroll. It make is more compact and easier to use to just leave it how it is. People don't go to sites and think "Boy oh boy, what a crappy site, 'cause it's so small and all..."

i meant that he has to add more subjects and that sorts of stuff,
not the resolution noob.
more buttons and more information seperated in subjects and buttons so that people will stick around longer.

i meant the sort of colors--> a bit brighter and not that sort of colors
i mean as example yellow instead of green.
it's a bit like a depressive color.
