NameCheap.com? Good or Bad...?

Is Namecheap.com good? I was thinking of registering my site there since it's so cheap ($8.88). Anyone have any opinions?

I have never heard of namecheap, for $8.88 go with powerpipe.com.

i dont know...i think i might still go with namecheap.com, they look like a trustworthy company...plus its only $8.88 :)

It's more than $8.88 at risk. Keep in mind they have your domain and you can't move it so quickly when you register it with them.

I have a domain with them that I transfered from registerfree...

And I payed for it via PayPal...and they had it transfered for me -- without me having to pay the Register Free $5 transfer fee...

I haven't had an problems with them -- they're resellers of Enom.

Keep your hat on.... I said nothing about the domain belonging to them, I said you will not be able to move it again so quickly.

By ICANN rules a domain name cannot be transferred from one registrar to another within 60 days of its registration.

So... if you are not happy with them, you are stuck with them for 60 days.

I was trying to transfer my domain to them... but they accept only Pay-Pal when transfering - I live in Poland and I cannot use fuc**** paypal :(((
