Does anyone know of a good site which i can host game demo's and big files on, they have to be pretty fast, prefebly with cgi, php and ssi and maybe mysql. the down point is it has to be free.

Most of the game hosts offer "unlimited" space and bandwidth.
To find the best just search around the web for game sites - most offer hosting.

My suggestion is the UGO (http://www.ugo.com/channels/games/pc/default.asp?SectionID=30) game site list.

They only accept game sites that feature FPS games. :(
