i suggest making the links underlined on hover and take out the extra space between the top and the content. other than that its good.

Did you use Firefox when you looked at it? As of now, I have the line on hover, on most of it. As you may know, Firefox isnt capable of the underline on hover feature I dont think. I didnt put the feature in the Revenue Directory, dont know if I'm going to or not yet. Do you think its too confusing?

Is this one of the pages where the you would close the top and the text? Between "Revenue Directory" and the link back to the home page in blue?

okay, i see what you mean. it may be beneficial to make the rollovers in CSS rather than javascript style. that is compatible with firefox.

I do realize that some pages are not consistant yet, some still have both blue and black letters in the same space. Ill be working on it though

It's nice, clean and friendly. I would give you the negative criticism if I had any to give, but I think it's a nice site and don't see anything to give you grief over. Keep working towards making it firefox friendly and I think you'll be doing great!
