please help me find a host

now I know it is impossible but here goes, I am looking for a server with:
20mb+
ftp
cgi
ssi

please no f2s, yupapa or netfirms

ain't in to those hosts with ads, but, the ad-free host hobbtion.org has ssi cgi ftp etc also 50 mb and 20 gigs bandwith, I'm using it to one of my sites and it works fine for me, have used it for about a month

go-build.net has all but direct ftp. You can use the fast online manager.

I don't think Digital Rice supports SSI anymore.

I just signed up with Go-Build.net and they seem pretty darn fast!
No adds, SSI, CGI, and ftp! 20MBs
