I am just curious to know that if any body is still making above 1000$ a month these days.

We used to make but these days from all our network sites we cannot make more than 800$/ month...

its hard these days to come up with server costs.We are just managing to come with these from our Web Devolpment Business

any more views????

Actually thats only with amazing media.. I make another $1000 from exitfuel popup ads. They're annoying as hell though. Of course the checks from both companies are hardly ever on time so I could go 3 months sometimes without getting a check. But as of now exitfuel is caught up and amazing media is only behind 1 month since I just got my march check last week.

Hey I am new to domains and the like. I am looking at a host for 9.95 a month that gives me:
150 mb
5 bg bandwidth
50 pop emails
unlimited email aliases
PHP, CGI, MySQL, and 25 subdomains.

I am wondering if anyone has a simular service and how much they generate off the banners and stuff. I am trying to start a gaming site and will offer more space as I go, currently I will offer 30 mb for my self and ~10mb a subdomain. Does anyone think I could make the money I spend in hosting back plus a little more each month. And what is the best ad site to sign up with?

My gaming site used to pull in $1000 a month. It's only pulling in about $600 a month now. Can't quit my day job!

Our Network Was Pulling Around 2500$ ,month somewhere 6 months back but now we are hardly pulling out 800$ per month.

well lets hope ads industry will pick up.....and hope too our sites will survive

Hectic Times now....I Think The Scope of internet advertising is now disapering now with very few good advt compinies left over with very less payouts

Our Expenses Are Increasing Drasticaly due to constant use of bandwidth but really we only now how we are surviving...its sure that we are not dependent fully on advt revenues to run our network...its our web devolopment which has saved us so far

Yes I am aware that they make good on their dues.. and I'm at least happy about that. Im going to make the best of this though, instead of looking for another ad revenue company, Im simply going to sell ad space directly at my own price. I found a free service that takes 10% of your banner space to do full tracking and managing banners for your website and provides tracking stats to your advertising clients. The site is at www.cgi.net its called Orbit Cycle. Im going to start off by charging $.50 cpm and see how it goes.
