More unlimited hosts... Although 50 bucks a month isn't that bad... too bad it's NT.
I want to make a comment about 9kd.net also. I think it is funny that they adertised unlimited bandwidth, and someone who owns a host signed up, and used over 50gb a DAY!!! Haha. This is really funny because the donhost reseller package only allots 50gb a month. I am sure that cost them a bit. I feel no sympathy for them. They offered an unlimited service and suffered the consequenses.

OOOOOOHHHH COOL! SO I CAN FILL 20GB OF WEBSPACE, 100GB OF TRAFFIC, AND 45,000 EMAILS (HEY I COULD BE THE NEXT HOTMAIL).
That statement was filled with satire and sarcasm...

unlimited space does exist, it just means that when you use all their space they will add more hard drives in, don't know about bandwidth though

There is an unlimited amount of space they can have... but there is not unlimited funds to buy that space.

So If the space goes over 200GB (Let's say I am running the next Geocities), and the hard drives cost $100 per 20GB let's say... They would have to spend $1,000 on ten hard drives.. now $49.95 couldn't possibly cover that. And there will be a lot of people that would probably do the same.
There may be an unlimited number of hard drives they could buy, but as Bigperm said the money will run out.

If there's really such things exist, all the big companies won't be wasting so much money for getting their own servers up. Why don't they just get an account for the so-called UNLIMITED host ?

That is exactly the point, and that proves that there is no such thing as unlimited space hosts.

they have their own noc with ?multiple? OC-12 line(s?)
so i think that they can handle the bandwidth, but in another forum (webhostingtalk) they say that if you use more than the allowed? resource, then you get kicked, which i think is fair because they don't advertise unlimited resource
