We should create a FAQ forum on questions that many members ask. Like: What is a reseller?, etc.

Anyone who actually needs a reseller already knows what it is.

FAQs are Frequently Asked Questions - I've never seen anyone ask what a reseller is.

Guys if you read his post he was only making an example. I think it is a good idea. Most sites do have FAQ's/

I've never seen anyone ask any questions that would warrant an FAQ.

The only frequentl asked questions are the ones that are unwanted.

Such as where to get a free domain name, etc.

Also, last I checked, a couple of the forums had their own FAQs.

Most sites depending on what they are have FAQ's. I personally think that the reasoning behind it is because that way if you have a question (no, not where can I get a free domain) but a really good question about the site, a product, or a service, then you can go there instead of bother the support team about it. Most times FAQ's are made up from questions that keep getting asked my customers anyways.
