The site is looking good but it needs more added to it, ie domain checker & more images, your on the right track & the road ahead looks good.

You are on the right track with the white colored background. The page itself needs to be "tightened" so to speak because the images are out of place and are too far apart. Your pages colors need to be looked at again, meaning find colors that compliment the other colors of the pages, I see alot of things that just dont seem to play very well together. Check your image tags (<img>) I see some that are causing the images of your site to appear "stretched out" causing a very unprofessional look, such as the image go_newticket.gif is used in the code "<img width=345 height=85 border=0 src="images/go_newticket.gif">" what you should do is remove the width and height tags that way the image will be displayed the way it should be. Last but not least you should work on your spelling and punctuation!!! I hate to see hosts that can not spell and have bad punctuation!
Other than the above the site looks good. I'd personally lose the flash as it slows things down for dialup users.
Ending grade: 2/5
