Looking for Telnet host for script testing

Okay,I dont need much,mainly telnet access you can put up any type of ads except porn,as long as they dont slow the loading down too much I need:
Telnet acces
Subdomain me.host.com
5 megs of space
1 gig of bandwidth a month
Nothing real special...an FTP account.

Hobbiton does not permit outgoing connections, but if you do not
need those, that host is good!

I've registered there an using their telnet services! I can connect them fast. But we have to buy to get sql.
