Well, I submitted the form at woofcat.com to "create object" for a .net.ru domain name twice, but I am still getting errors. Anyone can help to submit it?

Have you had any luck setting up your domain. I'm trying to do the same, but I keep getting fatal errors. Do you have any suggestions.

According to http://www.alldomains.com Russian domain names NOW cost $64. Can any verify this or anything?

I don't know for sure, but All Domains is probably just charging you a fee to register it. Network Solutions set up a foreign domain registration site called "ID Names" and they're charging $199.00 to register a .com.ru! Not a bad profit there since they don't have to pay anything to the Russian registrar.

No no. AllDomains shows what the REGISTRAR charges, not what they charge. They don't even register .RU domains anyway...
