i need some small PHP5 hosting (15MB to 20MB) with soap extension enabled for testing my application. pls help

Dude what will u do with php5? most of the forums still run on php4 .

You are going to be hard pressed to find a paid provider that supports this kind of development environment much less a free provider.

I know of a handful that support PHP5 but, most consider soap to be too much of a security risk to provide.
