neo-freehost.com can give you everything but the asp if you're willing to sacrifice, they accept google ads on your page instead of posts if neccessary

Where (http://www.iroot.ca/exe-bin/dmytro.exe?plan=basic) - couldn't find it clearly and offering a free domain as a feature is well taking the proverbial, in fact may be in breach of quite a few things, just a signup link no more details.

Both php & asp is best on Windows servers as the *NIX flavours ain't great for asp support. (MS love to make it that way)
