If you do a search at WebHostingTalk (http://www.webhostingtalk.com), you should be able to get some feedback. :)

I found some negative feedback at XT Computing:
http://www.xtcomputing.com

I was just browsing through my favourite computing forum and i found the negative feedback from a well-known forum member FiRe

Hope that helps! :)

Every host will have negative comments, but you'll really only find out if they good or not if
you try them out yourself. A search brings up results on WHT.

It will be a lot of overselling going on at $5 with 50GB of bandwidth. You might want to rethink what you need for $5.

I was a happy client for a year. I requested that my account be cancelled for the 2nd year. DOT5HOSTING charged my account automatically. When I asked for a refund, they said I could have one year at half price. I didn't reply. I was moving from Japan back to NZ at the time so I trusted they would go ahead with the refund. Instead they disabled my account and didn't refund me. I didn't think much of it until the 3rd year when I received an email asking if I wished to renew my account. I informed them that I actually cancelled my account the year prior and didn't receive a refund. I received the email late June 07 and my account apparently expired 31st July 07. I told them I have not had access to my website since the time I cancelled my account in 06. They insisted my account was still active, however I still couldn't access my account in Jul 07 (when my account was apparently still active). Their support team was very very frustrating and their emails were like a scratched record, repeating the same thing. They would not take responsibility for the refund the flat out refused the facts. I say be very careful if you use their services. If my creditcard didn't get lost (which means the number chaged), they would have automatically charged me for a 3rd year. Please be careful.
