Wanted: Totally free host (no strings)

I want a totally free host. Something like 250MB of space and 5GB transfer would be nice, and something like 1.5-2GB and 7-10GB transfer would be nicer. I just want some space for file storage, web development and testing, and stuff like that. I don't want a post-for-host or anything, just want some space. Well, ads probably wouldn't do anything for them, seeing as I would have to build my site up from scratch. I'm just looking for the best possible totally free host, if there is such a thing.
