FREE PHP Builder

Does anyone know where I can get a PHP Builder? Something that helps you code PHP Pages with ease? I have tried PHP Nuke, but it doesn't work the newer versions of PHP (damn programmers) Help???

I'm looking for something like that too. I was thinking about DW UltraDev, but it doesn't support PHP.

Check out www.codecharge.com, although I found it yesterday and have never tried it, it was what a was looking for, for 6 months before I decided to learn how to program.
