Hi,

i know that hosturbo is new in business. But has anybody got positive or negative comments on them.
Do you guys think they can stay that cheap?
Well 1GB transfer is not much, but for my private site it would be ok. Uptime is important for me (and good support would be nice)! Especially I need realiable and fast email!

http://www.hosturbo.com/plans.html
100MB + 1GB/month for ~$20 per year

How do you think it's compared to worldzone pro?
(pitty they did raise their price)
http://www.worldzonepro.net/
120MB + 4GB/month for $48 per year

and do you guys think i should pay $99 for tera-byte for my private site? Is the uptime and especially email a lot better?
Support should be also great their...
I won't need 20GB transfer for my site...

Anyway I think I am going with tera-byte for a friends company site:-) (or with someone who is hosted there...)

Waiting on your opinion to hosturbo!

Greetings
Arno

I suggest WorldZone, they have been around for quite a while, as long as I can remember... and are quite reliable. The owner is Webdude, and he is somewhere around here.

I've been interested in Hosturbo but I think I would opt for WorldZonepro between the two.

Another one you might consider is http://www.valuablehost.com. They offer 50mb, 1gb for $25.50 per year and the posts on them seem very positive. I think they hang around here too.

Between the two, I would probably choose WorldZone too. The only downside I see to WorldZone is that they can't send email to aol users.

thanks for your comments so far!!

i also heard a lot of good stuff about worldzonepro. and know they are in business for a time. and webdude is great and offers good support, i believe.

but hosturbo would be way cheaper (if you can life with 1 GB transfer)
and they claim to have 99.5% uptime and are hosted in the States by Burst.net.

So perhaps someone has an opinion on Burst.net?!
Or anybody else got opinion on hosturbo.

Greetings Arno

I reccomend worldzone, not hosturbo,

for more information on hosturbo, check these url's:

&

They are a few more, as far as i see it, any host that DOES copy content from another is -10.

I would also recommend WZPro! I've been with the service since they started out with the beta release. The service has come a long way and its pretty reliable.

Infact, you may get some good reviews at the their Review Board http://www.worldzonesupport.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=41

Thanks Valuablehost for the hint reading the threads in the other board.... should have searched there on my own.
was very interesting to read!

And I know the Board at WorldZonePro. And read it already. And really believe they are good.

Just a pitty that most hosts just provide Pop3. I prefer IMAP.

Yes, i also prefer imap, thats why i've enabled both on my servers. Imap really cuts the edge off pop3. Also webhostingtalk is an great forum to search about hosts, you usually find a thing or 2.
