Have you tried my script? I tested it on my own windows server, and on my UNIX hosting account. www.site-32.com/scripts It requires PHP and MySQL, so your windows host must allow this.

my windows host only has asp and perl

My vPoll is a Poll/Voting script. However, it only works on Linux and Unix.

It would work on Windows 2000 but the server needs to have apache for its web server and mysql for its database. unless you have direct access to IIS, the script is impossible to run in win os.
