I want to put ads on my site so I can make some money.What do I need to do to start out?

Use a service such as Bidvertiser, Google Adsense, Clicksor or any Pay-Per-Click program.

Read the TOS as some say you must be over 18, or get a certain amount of visitors a day. All say that you cannot tell people to click on the ads.
