F2S allows Perl access, so yes

yes.. it allows IkonBoard... just be sure to read the F2S FAQ on Perl. you can't chmod your files 777, for one thing,

yea, i've installed ikonboard on f2s since i posted this. by the way i was able to chmod my files to 777 :). Ikonboard v3 rules.
