A Q about Reseller hosting.

Do resellers mostly host of people reselling to them (ie. reseller buys server somewhere, and sells webspace - therefore, they are effectively selling resold space).. or do most resellers have their own data centres?

Not many one owns DC. Most of providers rent servers from DCs, then resell. Or they can have their own servers, and co-lo at the DCs
