Background app?

Do you know of a program that can help with creating tiling backgrounds? That is, help with the cutting so they tile nicely. It doesn't have to generate the backgrounds
Preferably something small and neat. :)

Thanks, bigperm. That's actually the one and only I've already got. I was thinking on something where I don't have to cut-preview. More like move a selection and see the preview at the same time.:(

Bigperm - With HarmsT I have to physically crop the image and then preview. Was thinking there might be some program that lets me test different cropping with some kind of real time preview before I do the actual cut.
