this is kinda computer related im using public pcs at the mo untill i get home and cpanel seems to be blocked is there a special thing i can add to a url to stop it from being blocked from the public/council pcs cause i need to upload something

Umm, It did that to me at school. It is the firewall... No way of stopping it without getting in trouble.

Hmmm, cpanel works fine at my school with the firewall on, but if i don't want the firewall, i just check the box in lan settings in connections in internet opations that ses disable proxy server and i haven't got into trouble yet...
