Our website is dedicated to helping others with their computer problems (from software to webdesign to hardware to programming). We offer a quick support feature, forum support as well as live 1 on 1 support. HOwever, these services require staff member to answer questions. We are currently seeking staff members.
Forum Support Team:
- need to be knowledgable in either hardware, software, programming, or webdesign
- need to be able to check/visit our website and forum at least twice a day and answer any support questions
- must be friendly and patient
Live Support Team:
- need to be knowledgable in either hardware, software, programming, or webdesign
- need to be able to check/visit our website and live support at least twice a day for approx. 15 - 30 min each time.
- must be friendly and patient
