Yes, this is the wrong forum, I know.
But all I need is one response to this question, so I figured I'd ask here.

Does anyone have duplicate options in their Mambo administration panel?

ie. each icon appearing twice on the same page.

I just need to know if this is strange or not, and this is very urgent.

I don't have that problem, so it would seem strange to me. However, if you want to be sure, I'd suggest asking in the Mambo forums (http://forum.mamboserver.com/").
