help! frame woes

hi im new to this html stuff...ive learned pretty much of the basics. can somebody give me a script on how to put a frame in the middle of the site? like a scrolling window in the middle. thanks.

That would be an IFRAME, the only problem is that the only browser that supports it is Microsoft Internet Explorer, so users of other browsers will not see anything. If you still want to use IFRAME there is a good tutorial here (http://hotwired.lycos.com/webmonkey/96/37/index2a.html?tw=authoring).

Recommeded for things that are not crucial. If you want a plain text scrollable box, then use the a form's TEXT AREA.
