A certain host is banned here, but why?

Can anyone shed some light on why Dream Host is banned here? Thanks.

You need to send a private message to Peo. We do not discuss why people/hosts/urls are censored/banned.

The host itself isn't banned, it's just we had a rapid spate of referral links in the hosting offers forum. That seems to have diminished now, so we can uncensor it for now :)
