Hosting Request | No ads, 50-100MB Uni.cc domain

Hi, i'm right now in need of hosting that has this features:

-No Ads
-Use of uni.cc domain (my account does have dns)
-50-100Mb
-About 1 or 2 GB of BW
-FTP
-Cpanel would be nice but not neccesary

If possible a host that doesnt require posting or just a few posts.

Edit: I forgot to mention why i need it; its for my design site (a bit inactive) and for hosting a webpage of a friend's music band called Tempus.
