After free web space...

hey all,
i'm after some free web space (can't afford anything else). i'd like the following;

* >= 1 gb space
* >= 2gb bandwidth
* php
* password protect directories
* ftp access
* no pop up or banner ads, but i'm more than willing to do a link in my menu to a host
* don't mind if its a subdomain

i'd like (but don't need) .htaccess and a site control panel with fantastico.
i know the above is a lot to ask but it'd be really great if someone can accomodate.
