I just realize that when I get an invoice of payment.
That is $123.00!
Is --.com.kg still free?

there aren't any TLDs that you can get for free and have control over**, .*.kgs are DNS services much like those from DHS.org.

** I.E. editing the DNS setup. certain free hosts will give you a free domain when you reach a certain # of hits per day but they control it, some pay hosts give it for free but likewise the free hosts, they still control it. NameZero/DomainZero/NameDemo do not count as they do not allow you to modify the DNS setup

see? the ones who give you free domains point the domains to them, then redirect you elsewhere.

The free one I got from DomainZero was fully accessible via eNom. So, yes I was able to edit the DNS, and even change name servers. But I think they're dead now so I guess it doesn't matter... :D
