I told yal that I would create my own message board well now I have. I have merged with my friend Mike Johnson and check out our message board site

Loads pretty slow...Well actually I lied, it doesn't load at all :D guess you should do some more efforts

Loaded a bit slow and I am on ADSL... shouldn't do that... the server is very, very, very slow. 2 Minutes is a no-no for a high speed connection.

I know you didn't ask for comments but I find the italics hover on the links on your homepage really annoying. It changes the size of your table cells at the bottom of the page.

I also experienced *long* load times.

It loads fast for me - if I go to the page, then click back then forwards. Amazing! :rolleyes:

It loaded in 10 sec for me, and I got CABLE! Well when it loaded..... I just got to say YOU NEED TO TAKE A WEB DESIGN COURSE!

vBulletin kicks ---! i have seen other BS mock ups like phpBB and others, but vBulletin is always gunna come out on top!

it loaded fine for me

i think one of the reasons its takin so long for some people is that big background pic at the left

also the site is very messy it just needs lighter colours and things moved around... those dropdown menus need to be taken out all together

anyways I'm just trying to suggest improvments even though this isn't the right section for site reviews :rolleyes:

I personaly like ikonboard more then vBulletin cause it can do nearly everything else vBulletin can do and it's FREE!

oh ya and if the makers of IKonBoard made it cost money it would probably be better than vBulletin

It does? Does it use PHP and MySQL, and Polls, and custom avatars? Does it work allmost bugfree? Can you atache files? Ans split up and merge threads?

vBulletin can be easily integrated into non-message board pages. that's why a lot of people use it.

Even IkonBoard can do that. Ikonboard has polls and you won't believe the number of hacks for ikonboard there are exclusive site which have only ikonboard hacks and mods in them.
