It seems nobody mentioned digiland here. It's an Italian company offers free services, including webspace.
Not sure about how much space you get, but I tried to upload about 200MB files and there was not a problem.

The problem is: the ftp used to work very well, but it stopped working about a month ago. If anybody knows what's going on, please let me know.
