Upload + PHP Free hosting ?

Hi !

I'm looking for a free web hosting that allows PHP upload script.

I want to my visitors can upload smalls pictures from their disk to the server
disk space. They'll upload pictures with the file manager of an HTML page form.
I have the PHP script for FTP and browser upload but it doesn't
work because lot of free web hosting not allows PHP upload (because to security ?).

Exuse for my english (I'm french !). Can someone help me ?!!
