Content Management in PHP

Can anyone help?

I am looking for a content management script in order to use a template and then database entries of text, images etc to run a free site.

Does anyone know of a script that will enable this? (so I could call the page such as mypage.php?id=whatever - in turn meaning I would not have to create individual pages, and updating the content contained in the database would be easy and efficient.)

flatfile or mySQL would be great. Thanks
