.com.kg registration

just wondering if i have done this whole .kg registration right. Im still waiting for the domain to become active so im not sure if ive done nething wrong or it just takes time. This is what i did

1) went to www.domain.kg and registered my .com.kg domain with mydomain nameservers

ns1.mydomain.com 216.34.13.236
ns2.mydomain.com 64.75.34.132
ns3.mydomain.com 64.75.34.140
ns4.mydomain.com 64.75.34.134

2) i went to mydomain.com and set up an account and filled in the details of my xxx.com.kg account and kept the default setting
3)i changed the service level to dns service

i waited.......

have i done everything right..?

The only remaining thing you have to be before it starts working is to w a i t .

It usually takes a week, but it could be more or less now.

well with zoneedit it take 2 days to change but with mydomain i am still waiting almost a week.and it still dont change!

It works within a few days, if you send a mail to support@mydomain.com and ask for manual setup.

hey guyz, my kg domain came through. A bit thanx to every1 who helped. One last question, can u use mydomain nameservers when registering ru domains

well, can't you use any nameservers with any domain regardless of its TLD? :rolleyes:

One of these free domain ones didn't allow name servers which were in the same IP block, I think it was .ru but I can't recall.

Example OK:

ns1.mydomain.com 216.34.13.236
ns2.mydomain.com 64.75.34.132

Example Problem:

ns2.mydomain.com 64.75.34.132
ns3.mydomain.com 64.75.34.140
