possible to add a flash intro???

i want to have a flash intro for like 5 seconds or so before going to the main site-
is this possible??
someone please walk me through it step by step

about.com has tutorials, yes they do flash intros to pages of course but extra load time. I will learn this in multi-media courses I think that it will take a little more than a post. Do you use flash? I am just starting to learn and will learn the rest in fall at school. :-)

Yes. If you are using Frontpage, just Insert>Pictures>Videos In Flash Format

You can upload the flash movie on dreamweaver but it embeds it into the HTML and when I tried the load time was too long.
