1000MB-1GB of space
5GB+ of bandwidth
Cpanel with fantastico
Subdomain/domain
15+ FTP accounts
25+MySQL databases

I will only accept 88x31 ad banners and a put a text link back to your site.

Yes he badly does need hosting. He has a great site, he just needs hosting that will have good uptime. He would be hosted by my host, but he doesn't have a layout designed for a large banner. So he needs someone to help him out.
