I am looking for a cheap host that allows adult content and has a forum already installed.
The only forum software that I like is vbulletin.

I would be willing to pay $4.00 per month.

Hosts you should be saying what forum software you have for him, he asked for VBulletin so far none of you have offered him that or that at a discounted rate! Read his post and say whether you an give it to him or give it to him at a discounted rate

No, I cannot include it free with the acct, but I can include it an vB's price which is $85/yr or $160 owned. I don't think any host here will offer a Legal version of vBulletin with a $4/mo acct (free of charge). You can mod phpbb/ipb to your likings (however that involves paying a coder).

I can offer a legal version of vBulletin board for my price just so you know. I wouldnt of said it if I couldn't offer it legally.
