-Extensive php/mysql experience (not required but heavily prefered)
-Trustworthy and dependable (REQUIRED!)
-Advertising and marketing experience. (Required.)

Also, the php backend has been covered after a deal has been negotiated with a very reputable php programmer. So now php/mysql skills is no longer be sought after in a partner.
