Best Ad Company for Free Web Host?

Hi all, Im looking in to starting a free web host similar to Geocities etc.

I will be making money from banners (topbanner or popup) and will also attempt to source funding from charging members $4.99 per quarter to get the adverts off their pages.

Any ideas on who would be the best advertising company to supply the banners?

Well, here is my advice to a future free-hoster. Note that I have no experience here, but this just seems like it makes the most sense:

Only accept certain types of site. Become a free host for businesses, or Anime sites, or women-targeted sites. At least only accept a certain group of sites, this will make targeting ads to them a lot easier and you will be able to demand better ad rates from advertisers for the targeted impressions.
Make sure that you audit all your members before they are accepted, and periodically while they are accepted to be sure that they have not found ways to disable the ads. This is a very common and annoying problem free web hosts face.
Be good to your sites. Remember, without sites to host you cannot demand any ad rates. Don't fill their sites with 50 banners per page and several pop ups. Max 2 banners per page, or 1 and a popup.

As far as ad networks go, I think you should sell the space yourself.

Why not use CJ or create a page with all your ads on it then promote this page. ;)
