can someone advise me on this.

i'm looking to build a site like http://www.motorworkshop.com.my

but just wonder if any php script is capable to do it. i'll need to allow members to edit their own pages & be able to limit on how many pages they are allowed to create. so means they will need access to a admin panel for them. but they can only edit their own page and not other people's

Have you tried emailing those guys from motorworkshop and asking them what script are they using? Perhaps they will tell you the name and even give it to you if its a free script.
Its worth a try. Maybe someone else here knows what it is.
