Website Design And Coding Needed!

I am looking for someone that will design and code a website for me. I am starting up a football site for NCAA, NFL, CFL, CIS and I need someone to design for me. What Is Needed
Simple Design (There will need to be extra page designs more then likely)
Install A Stat Tracking Script For Easy Stat Updates for Teams and Players!

I am looking to spend about $100 on this, right now I have $250 as a low cost for a very detailed design with the same specs as this one, although this will be a much more baseic design.

So you need someone to design you a unique layout, a script coded, and some stuff that is undisclosed at this point all for $100? Basically, you are asking someone to design you a fully coded and script powered website, i doubt you will get this for a $100, maybe the design alone you can get for $100, a good design, yes. I have done some simple graphics work for people and let them decide the payment, just for a simple flash work, i was paid $25 , i dont think you will find this thing done in a $100, just my 2 cents, although it never hurts to try.
